CHAMPIONS OF CLEANING THE SHORELINE AND PARKS IN CHÂTEAUGUAY
On September 21, 2024, the Technoform Industries team, along with four partners, gathered on the riverbanks and in the parks and industrial park in Châteauguay to pick up litter.

Jäger Diver arrived with a dozen certified divers, who jumped into the water with all their gear to remove as much litter as possible. They brought up a boat engine, a camping chair, tires and many other impressive pieces of garbage.
Ponton Canada and Canada RV teamed up to launch the pontoon that transported the divers. This solid platform, with its reinforced stability, allowed the team to remove heavy pieces of litter from the water.
Ocean Wise, an ocean champion for 50 years, supported Technoform in organizing the event. From humble beginnings in Vancouver in 1951, it has grown into a global environmental charity that addresses overfishing, ocean pollution and climate change.
Thanks to a contribution by Davidson Sales & Marketing, the team of volunteers all received eco-responsible shirts. The support also helped cover a large part of the event’s expenses, including the meal served to the volunteers.
