FAQ

We recommend using No More Nails, LePage or Liquid Nails for polystyrene bath contours. Please note that the use of LePage PL 700 glue is not recommended as it contains agents that are too strong for polystyrene. Please read the instructions on the glue container to make sure it is suitable for the material you wish to install.

– We recommend using No More Nails, LePage or Liquid Nails for bathtub surrounds

After several installation tests, we have concluded that it is preferable to spread the adhesive with a trowel in order to optimize the adhesion surface of the bath or shower surround.

It is recommended to install your bath in a layer of light mortar/sand cement to support the bath evenly over its entire surface. Indeed, the adjustment legs under your bathtub create a void between the floor and the bottom of your bathtub which, if not filled, can cause premature cracks.
